Only 5 Days Remain: Tables Are Vanishing Fast for TechCrunch Disrupt 2025
Home » Venture  »  Only 5 Days Remain: Tables Are Vanishing Fast for TechCrunch Disrupt 2025

With just five days left until the registration deadline for exhibition tables at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025, event organizers are warning that spots are disappearing rapidly—leaving latecomers at risk of missing out on one of the tech industry’s most high-impact networking and visibility opportunities. Scheduled to take place October 27–29 at San Francisco’s Moscone Center, Disrupt 2025’s exhibition floor serves as a hub for startups, investors, enterprise tech firms, and service providers to showcase innovations, connect with potential clients and partners, and immerse themselves in the year’s biggest tech conversations.

This year’s exhibition space has seen unprecedented demand, with over 70% of tables already reserved as of September 1—up from 55% at the same time in 2024. Event director Alex Osborne attributes the surge to a rebound in the startup ecosystem, renewed investor interest in early-stage innovation, and the addition of two new specialized zones: the AI Innovation Hub (for AI startups and tool providers) and the Climate Tech Pavilion (focused on cleantech and sustainability solutions). “Disrupt’s exhibition floor isn’t just a place to set up a booth—it’s where deals get made, partnerships are forged, and startups get discovered by the right people,” Osborne said. “This year, companies are moving faster than ever to secure their spot because they know how competitive the space is.”

What’s at Stake for Exhibitors

For startups, especially those in the early stages (pre-seed to Series B), an exhibition table at Disrupt is a strategic investment in visibility. Past exhibitors have reported tangible outcomes:

  • Investor Connections: Over 40% of 2024 exhibitors secured follow-up meetings with VCs or angels, and 12% closed funding rounds within six months of the event.
  • Customer Acquisition: B2B startups, in particular, used the floor to demo products to enterprise buyers—with one SaaS exhibitor landing a $150,000 contract with a Fortune 500 company days after Disrupt.
  • Media Exposure: TechCrunch’s editorial team spends significant time on the exhibition floor, and 28% of 2024 exhibitors were featured in post-event articles or podcast segments.

For larger firms, such as enterprise tech providers or VC firms, tables serve as a way to maintain a presence in the startup ecosystem and identify emerging talent. “We use our Disrupt table to meet with founders we might want to invest in—and to connect with other LPs and partners,” said a representative from 645 Ventures, a repeat exhibitor. “It’s more efficient than months of cold outreach; everyone we want to talk to is in one room.”

The Clock Is Ticking: Key Details for Late Applicants

Exhibition tables are available in three tiers, each tailored to different needs and budgets:

  1. Standard Table: A 10x10-foot space with basic branding, two chairs, and access to the exhibition floor. Priced at $8,500, this option is popular with early-stage startups.
  2. Premium Table: A 10x15-foot space with enhanced branding (including a custom backdrop), four chairs, and a dedicated meeting area. Priced at $12,000, it’s ideal for growth-stage companies or firms looking to host small meetings.
  3. Hub Sponsorship: Exclusive access to the AI Innovation Hub or Climate Tech Pavilion, with a 12x12-foot space, custom signage, and inclusion in pre-event marketing. Priced at $15,000, this tier is limited to 15 spots (only 3 remain as of September 1).

All tables include access to the main conference program for up to three team members, and exhibitors can add extras like demo stations or product sampling for an additional fee. The deadline to reserve a table is September 6, 2025—after that, only waitlist spots will be available, and no guarantees will be made for space.

Osborne emphasized that late applicants should act fast: “We’ve already had to turn away companies in the past week because their preferred table type was sold out. Once the floor plan is finalized, we can’t add more spots—so if you’re on the fence, now is the time to commit.”

Beyond the Table: Other Disrupt Opportunities Not to Miss

For companies that miss out on exhibition tables, there are still ways to participate in Disrupt 2025—though these options are also filling quickly:

  • Side Events: As announced earlier this month, applications to host niche workshops, roundtables, or mixers close September 10. This is a cost-effective way to target specific audiences (e.g., “Women in AI Founders Mixer”) without an exhibition table.
  • Startup Battlefield 200: While the main application deadline has passed, a small number of wildcard spots remain open for startups that can demonstrate significant traction (e.g., recent funding, customer growth).
  • Networking Passes: Even without an exhibition table, teams can purchase networking passes ($1,200 per person) to access the exhibition floor, main sessions, and post-event mixers.

Why Disrupt 2025 Is a Must-Attend

This year’s Disrupt promises to be the most dynamic yet, with headline sessions on AI governance, commercial space, and the future of startup funding—plus appearances from industry leaders like Orbit Fab’s Even Rogers, Astranis’ Max Haot, and Andreessen Horowitz’s Dr. Elara Morson. The exhibition floor, however, remains the heart of the event: a place where startups can go toe-to-toe with established firms, and where serendipitous conversations often lead to game-changing opportunities.

“As someone who’s exhibited at Disrupt three times, I can say it’s the only event where you can pitch a VC in the morning, demo your product to a potential customer in the afternoon, and get a media hit by evening,” said the founder of a 2024 exhibitor, a healthtech startup that raised $2 million post-Disrupt. “You can’t replicate that kind of density of opportunity anywhere else.”

With five days left to secure an exhibition table, the message from TechCrunch is clear: don’t wait. For startups and tech firms looking to make their mark in 2025, Disrupt’s exhibition floor isn’t just a spot—it’s a chance to accelerate growth, build connections, and shape the future of the industry.
